The 9 hole golf course at Ridgeway, opened in 1997, provides the golfer a true test of golf whilst enjoying the stunning views over the Bristol Channel and the Vale of Glamorgan. Situated midway between Caerphilly and Cardiff, the Capital City of Wales,the course which measures 4,707 yards is set in parkland on the top of Caerphilly mountain.
Whilst golf carts are available to hire the course is not strenuous to walk around confirmed by the senior section of the club accounting for 50% of the membership. Each 9 holes is played from different tees thereby giving the feel of playing an 18 hole course.
